Fitness Progams and Class Descriptions

Spin Cycling Classes

Work arms, legs, and core in this fast paced cardio class. Simulating a bike ride through various degrees of difficulty, spinning will build muscle and burn calories – guaranteed! Beginners, you can keep up with all the moves by “dialing back” the resistance until you’ve been through a few classes. The energy is amazing!


Zumba Dance

Zumba class is designed to walk you through the steps of Zumba at a pace that’s right for you! Burn calories and have some fun while you get ready to move your feet, and shake your booty; all while burning some major calories in the process! This Latin dance and salsa class mixes with some hip hop to bring out your inner dancer!

Yoga Classes

Yoga (we offer classic, and hatha) classes are guaranteed to strengthen the muscles, increase flexibility, and refocus the mind! You may even break a sweat! If a yoga class looks interesting to you, come on in and try it out. We’ll give you the tools you need, and with a little encouragement and some sweat, you’ll get there in no time- we promise!

Pilates Classes

Get the long, lean muscles while focusing on your core body. Learn a variety of core and stability exercises, often even using small weights! Great for toning and strengthening!.


Body Burn Classes

BodyPump

BODYPUMP™ is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 740 calories* along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A LES MILLS™ instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT Strength takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

LES MILLS GRIT™ Plyo is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) plyometric-based workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout uses a bench and combines explosive jumping exercises with agility training to increase explosiveness and to build a lean and athletic body. LES MILLS GRIT Plyo takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. LES MILLS GRIT Cardio takes HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast. 

I’m pregnant. Can I still do LES MILLS GRIT? No, women are advised to reduce their exercise intensity during pregnancy so high intensity interval training is not recommended. We suggest talking to your doctor if you have any more questions about exercising while pregnant.

Pound - Rockout. Workout.

Classes taught by our Certified Pound Pros (Leigh, Chelsea, Beth, Sarah, and Paige), POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music! Through continual upper body motion using our lightly weighted drumsticks, called Ripstix®, you'll turn into a calorie-torching drummer, POUNDing off pounds as each song flies by. Rock, rap, dubstep, pop and old school music fuse to create the POUNDtrack series
