POUND® is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, and plyometrics into a 45-minute series. Burn 400+ calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music!Using our lightly weighted drumsticks, called Ripstix®, you’ll turn into a calorie-torching drummer, POUNDing off pounds as each song flies by.
LES MILLS GRIT® is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximize calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of weight and body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast.
Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 740 calories* along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master.
BODYPUMP® is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own!
Yoga classes are designed to strengthen the muscles, increase flexibility, and refocus the mind! We offer several Yoga options: Hot, ( temps reach 90 degrees) Gentle Flow, Full Body Flow, Power Flow and Advanced Power Flow.
DanceFIT is the an epic girls night out! If you love to dance, you will love DanceFIT. It is heart-pumping, cardio class to radio hits (pop, club, hip hop) music led my experienced and energetic instructors It combines fast and slow rhythms to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat all while having a blast!.
This is a circuit training class that is full body workout. It has a combination of strength training and cardio exercises. It is designed for all levels of fitness as options are built into the program. Dumbbells or weights are typically used in this program.
This is an indoor cycle class with party lights, energizing music, motivating instructors and our top of the line Spinning Bikes! It's like attending a concert on a Spin Bike! It's so much fun and a killer workout, we know you will be hooked after your first class!
This class is a sweat fest!! The first 30 minutes is a high cardio step class. Then it moves to weights to help sculpt your muscles and finishes with a core workout! This is total body burn! Get ready to burn calories!!

Paige Anderson and Summer Hungate first met in 2016, as trainers and group fitness instructors at Jane’s Gym. Fueled by their mutual belief in the power of an uplifting and inclusive women’s fitness community, friendship blossomed.
When the global pandemic hit and gyms worldwide were closing their doors, Paige and Summer decided to ban together to save the gym family that was so special to them and so many other women in Desoto County. Bolstered with their unwavering commitment to the Jane’s community and their shared vision for the perfect women’s gym, they decided to do something others would consider crazy- they purchased and relaunched a gym in the height of the pandemic. But Paige’s bold thinking and entrepreneurial spirit paired with Summer’s passionate vision and strategic acumen proved to be the perfect pairing to not only help Jane’s survive but thrive.
As co-owners of the only women’s only gym in DeSoto County, Summer and Paige are proud of the safe, supportive, and healthy gym community they’ve been part of creating. They welcome you to come and check out Jane’s Gym for yourself and hope you’ll find it as special as they do!
Both Paige and Summer still love teaching classes. Paige has been a certified group fitness instructor since 2010 and nutrition coach since 2018, and currently teaches DanceFIT, Barre, Pound, Yoga, and Define. Summer has been a group fitness instructor and trainer since 2016, currently teaching Grit, Spin, and Barre.
